GRAVITY Transaction Governor simultaneously analyses the incoming load and the current CBS health to derive the most optimal transaction load that CBS can process at any given instance.
Transaction Governor introduces a queueing mechanism to temporarily park the incoming transaction load and forward the transactions at a controlled rate which is sustainable
by the CBS.
Transaction Governor leverages the timeout provided by the network provider to process transaction requests and prevents the CBS from getting exposed to non-manageable transaction traffic.

Working
GRAVITY Transaction Governor Queuing mechanism consists of 3 different underlying Queues i.e. Primary, High Priority and Dead.
All the incoming transactions are first placed in the Primary queue before further processing. CBS.
Based on the time spent by a transaction request in the Primary Queue has reached a threshold and the Priority set for every transaction type in the GRAVITY Transaction
Priority Manager, transactions are moved into High Priority Queue. As the name suggests, these transactions are pushed to the CBS at a higher priority for processing.
A few transactions within the High Priority Queue which reach a state of a definite timeout will be moved to the Dead Queue.
Dead Queue can have a different treatment for different type of transactions thus offloading CBS from processing the same.
Revolutionary technology to achieve near zero digital transactions declines
Digital Transaction Channels in a Bank : NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, AEPS, Debit Card, redit Card, more.
Unavailability of any of the above systems results in a complete shutdown for all the transactions initiated through that channel.
Payment Co-Pilot makes all the payment channels interoperable and allows high-performing channels to surrogate for lower-performing channels for system-initiated transactions.
Customer will be prompted the best available system having the highest probability of success for the given transaction to avoid transaction decline.
