  • Feature to create unique selection criteria using granular level data points across all the Tech Systems within the bank Tech Ecosystem. These data points include but are not limited to Customer Demographic information, Historical Transaction behaviour, Credit Repayment History, Societal Standing and other financial behaviour related to Investments and Insurance and many more.
  • Feature to use Logical and Mathematical Formulae across the data points used while arriving at eligibility of each Criteria creation
  • Eligibility Criteria Builder is a common function across both Retail and Corporate Customers

Retail Program Management

GRAVITY offers the functionality to create various offers for retail customers. These offers can be created by combining any of the feature functionalities of all the onboarded Tech systems across any onboarded organizations. Following is a generic list of key features as a part of offer creation:

  • Eligibility Level Configuration setup. Following are the levels at which same can be configured:
    1. Account Level
    2. Customer Level
    3. Card Level
    4. Email-id Level
    5. Mobile Number Level
    6. Any other as required
  • Setting up the frequency at which an offer can be availed. Frequency could be defined based on following:

  • All the master values for parameters explained in Retail Program Management can be set by the bank. The child parameters value setting can be extended to Corporate partners on the bank platform.
